WHY COHFFEE?

During my first year of community college in 2010, I found much more interest browsing the supplement isle at my local Whole Foods than I did in the classroom. I read and tried to learn about every Adaptogen. Vitamin, Probiotic, and Superfood. Not to mention the quality of every product and how many "other ingredients" they contained. Living in Santa Barbara I became a total heath nut.

It wasn't until 2015 that I discovered Puerto Rico and about the amazing coffee that is grown there. I learned about what it takes to grow high quality or specialty grade coffee. From using the Arabica bean and growing the coffee in the shade at elevation with organic soil. Also picking just the ripe red cherries off the tree allow the bean to have all the natural sugars that help coffee taste smooth instead of bitter.

I decided to fully move to Puerto Rico and dedicate myself to selling as much coffee as possible from family owned farms to help spread the word of how good the coffee is from the Island. Also I was impressed that Puerto Rico (and Hawaii) pay the most to the coffee farmers compared to every other coffee producing country.

Personally I would add these adaptogens to my morning cup of coffee, and had the realization that I should mix them with the coffee that I am selling. This way everyone can start the day with a healthy & delicious cup of coffee that keeps your Heart, Mind, and Immunity strong.
